| there are was to refinance with the right kind of lenders. they are more understanding and can wait forever. planning a super discount beginning on honnaka. but now it is time to celebrate santa claus and rudolph et al. |

| I will not go into debt this Christmas,nor any Christmas.I keep the celebration simple and non-materialistic.I am a mom of 4,so it is not always easy to do,but it is what I believe in. |

Me, my wife, her parents, my parents go on vacation each year. That is the gift we all give each other, and being together the best gift of all. |

| The easy answer is to not get into debt in the first place.Only buy what you can afford.Don't take out loans that you have no hope of repaying.Don't spend more on your credit card than you can pay back.In other words, live within your means.Unfortunately there's a growing culture in this country of "buy now, pay....well, never" |

| Cash baby... Credit is for losers. I buy what I can afford, and the nifty thing about Christmas - it comes EVERY December! So I can plan on it as early as January. Dolts who wait until December 20th and then max out their credit cards are feeding Capitol One and Chase the big bucks.CASH. |
