10% for 72 isn't awful, and depending on the year of the car, may be right on. 5.99 for 72 month is extremely low. That company is just going to "shotgun" your credit app out to everyone, they do not provide loans. Check out this site: http://www.creditunion.coop/cu_locator/index.html a local credit union will have the lowest rates available, and are community oriented, so it's much safer than shotgunning your credit file all over the Internet.

US Bank, has been around for many years and is used by many car dealerships to finance their vehicles. From what you stated, they are not guarantying the 5% rate. You will have to apply to find out the rate you will qualify for. There should be no application fee or refinance fee! If you qualify for the lower rate, then refinance the loan! However, do not finance for longer than what payments remain on your loan now and if you can afford your current payment, finance it for a shorter time to reduce the finance charges you will pay far less interest and accelerate your equity position.

I haven't heard of them myself but their refinancing offer does seem convincing. You might want to look through their site and see if there are any testimonials regarding their services from other customers. You should also get in touch with anyone there. You also have the option of checking out other leasing sites like http://www.carleasingsecrets.com and ask if they do deals like that too. Otherwise, it really does seem too good to be true.Hope this helps.
