I have two personal loans (totaling $44,000) both with a high interest rate and also a home loan of $142,000 of a interest rate of 11.90%, house valued at $185,000 a truck and 2 cars. Both of us work, my husband full time and myself casual and have 4 children. I am also waiting on the sale of a deceased estate which I am a beneficiary of. Does anyway know how I can combine these loans at a lower interest rate. Please only australian brokers.

Wait for the inheritance. Payoff personal debt first. Keep portion of inheritance for emergency fund and closing costs to refinance 11.9% mortgage, that's way above current rates.
