| Not me, a colleague asked me this, she was laid off and was worried that she might not be able to collect UE because she is a real estate agent. Thanks! |

| She is right to be worried. They ask (weekly) if you have worked for pay and received money for that work. If the answer is yes, they can reduce your UE payments. Technically, from the state's perspective, she is employed...good luck to her! |
