| I received a letter stating a court date on a civil contempt charge related to child support payments. I have child support taken out of every check. It was set up by the payroll people where I work. It is not the required amount- but I don't make near enough money to cover the actual payment and survive at the same time. I am a mortgage broker and not doing very well this year as the mortgage crisis has impacted my business. To add, I live in Florida and the child support case is in Illinois. I don't have the money to go there for the case and don't know what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated. |

| We (on Yahoo answers) are not the people to trust with something which can affect your life in such a big way. May I respectfully suggest that you invest in a call to a lawyer. |
