....I posted a couple of days ago and REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP AND ANSWERS TO MY ?BUTnow the cut that is result of the infection has turned into a small sore that is the size of a eraser on a pencil....first off I do not have any STD's..secondly I have no insurance and can not go to the dr at all because I can not afford it....this is at the top kind of where my pubic hair starts but in the crease (sp?)...this is really really painful and i have had it for about a week now...it does not seem to be getting better...i am taking acidophilus...it is like a split in the skin that is now a sore and HURTS TREMENDOUSLY......any suggestions help please?

Try using the Monistat cream or Lotriman or anything that you would use for a vaginal yeast infection. Better yet try an anti-fungal powder, I believe Lotriman makes one and should be over the counter. Wash and dry thoroughly before applying. Clean and Dry helps alot. Cotton undies help too.
