| I work in real estate sales for a large franchise in Sydney, I'm not being racist, but why oh why should I have to put up with unequitable treatment at work ? Why should sales people of say Chinese backgound be given a great amount of extra advertising and marketing for free, which is terrific exposure for themselves and I not be granted the same benefits ? It means you effectively have to be a minority to have equal rights, the moment I raise an eyebrow about someone "disturbing" me at my desk by loudly talking in Cantonese on the telephone its "my" problem, bs, this IS AUSTRALIA my God ! |

| They should only get it if they have worked harder than you and have gone the extra mile and you have not. Otherwise it is not fair. |
