My dad owns a small yet relatively fast growing business. He owns a construction company that builds houses, and he also has a real-estate licence. He wants to create a simple, yet efficient and professional looking website to showcase his homes that are constructed, under construction, on sale or have been bought, along with contact information and a few other things. It would be a relatively small site with a few links a few pages of text a logo, slogan, and a few knick-knacks. I really want my dad to hire a website designer, we live in Vancouver BC, and does anyone know any good reliable ones that are still relatively good priced. My dad would be looking to spend maximum of $500. I think that’s enough because his he just needs a really basic website? Any good companies? How much would it cost in general?

Go to www.edgerow.com. This is my brother's web-site he is good and very inexpensive. He would help you out for $500.

Have you considered a Virtual Assistant? There are a number of qualified Virtual Assistants that can create websites at very affordable prices. Most virtual assistants offer a wide variety of services so if your dad needs additional administrative help with his growing business the VA can help with that too.
