| My boyfriend and I just moved into our first house, quite overwhelming. It seems like everytime we go to the store we forget something, and things always seem to pop up in my mind that we need but I forget them easily. I once worked with vacations rentals and we had to check inventory of the condos and we had these great checklists of items that should be in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room etc... But I dont have them and dont work there anymore, but need something similar. Any suggestions what or where I should search online for that? Its hard to think of everything you need for a home! |

| usually heloise has information for hosewives. Try her. If this doesn't help, just get a piece of paper and put it on your table and when you think of something you need go put it on that paper. That's what I do. |

| Check the websites for Target, Walmart or K-Mart. Don't forget to check out the garage sales. |

| Ok, this isn't online (although there may be some online) but a great place to look is anywhere that you would do a gift registry for a wedding, like Target or Bed Bath and Beyond. Go in to one of those places, and I know Bed Bath and Beyond has a list of "suggestions" for a new house when you do a registry. Its pretty big, and most of that stuff you can use your best judgement and do without. But it seems pretty comprehensive. |

| I know a place on line that has all your home and kitchen, bedding,bath needs in one place. there prices are great and they even do layaway in there store and on line. I have brought lots of stuff from them and they are wonderful. If they don't have what you want they will get it for you. They do lots of special orders. They ship fast and all over the usa. they have china,dishes,and everything. They even do this thing if you find it cheaper they will give you a discount.
