Hey, whats the average salary for a rental agent in NYC? Like whats the average commision on a 50/50 split for an apartment at $3000 a month? how do the split it if it's a rental? whats the job outlook like? any suggestions for a company for a newly licensed agent? like a list of good rental agencies? thanks...more details the better.
