| My husband is being medically discharged from the Marine Corps will they move us back to his HOR ? Also everytime we have moved I get a relocation payment for myself and children so now that I have to go one last time can I still recieve that money for having to quit my job and pull kids out of school again even though its not a cods? |

| yes, the military will be sending you and your husband back to his home of record. they will pay for all shipping cost just as they have done with your prior PCS's. your husband will be paid an allowance for some time while you and him search for new employment. |

| yes, he rates one last move to his HoR. Relocation payments based on job loss other than voluntarily quitting are based by your states employment laws. Not every state offers it. In fact many states say that it is a choice to quit your job and move when your spouse is relocated. |

| Yes, the military will pay for the Dislocation Allowance, they have a calculation that they use to figure it all out. Is he receiving disability payments? Or medical separation pay? If he receives a large, lump sum of money from the military which he can probably opt to do then he can't receive monthly medical disability until that is paid back (not by him in a lump sum but through taxes and such). He should check into that. You are eligible for unemployment since you are quitting for reasons that aren't your fault, just make sure that you note that in your letter of resignation. |
