This is not particularly serious, I've just got to ask, you know just get it out of my system - Am I the only person to be annoyed by the 'Premiere' football on offer here? Probably not, and probably not the first time someones has asked it.The word is Premier people, call me a pedant if you like, but everytime I read it it annoys me.Premiere : First public presentation of a play or other performance, preceding all others in timePremier : First in importance, leading, chief or principalPeople already think football fans are stupid, do we have to make it so obvious?  |
