Most recent I attended seminars on mineral rights (since that is a huge new concern here), reverse mortgages, home warranties, and surveys.

Anything that has to do with transacting RE in that area. I recently attended one about woodstoves, a concern in this area as certain stoves have to be removed before a transaction is closed.Of course, there are a plethora of sales courses out there.

Are you looking to attend seminars or to offer them? By becoming a Realtor, you will find a variety of educational opportunities offered through your local, state, and the National Association of Realtors. As to offering seminars, I would check with the state regulatory agency to see if there is a mandatory educational requirement. Then I would tailor my course offerings to obtain approval for the courses so that you can provide continuing education credits.
