I work for a real estate developper and there has been a considerable amount of talk about Morocco lately. The north-western African country is a great tourism hot-spot and a very promissing emerging market for business, real estate and leisure. If you look at the world map, strategically speaking, Morocco is a prime location for Logistics and transportation operations. We call it the "Hub Of The World" or simply "HOT-W". I'd like your input on this, please. They should be able to give you stats on visitor numbers and where they come from. Average price of building land, etc. Worth also checking with UK international real estate lawyer before visiting.
