How can I sue and complain about a Real Estate Investment company that defrauded all my money? The owner of the company is NOT returning all of my invested money that is already due. I want this Realtor to be ban on DRE and his business be reported to a proper agency where they can investigate and ACT accordingly? How can I start and how I can get my investment money back? The investment goes like this; The RealEstate Investment Company has this programs of 18% Flat Interest Rate which is a 6-12 month term. We invest $60k last year of October which is already due since 1st week of October this year.EXAMPLE: An investor invests $10K for a period of (12) months. These monies are in turn invested into real estate projects, purchased and managed by "Alleged Investment Company". In (12) months the principle of $10K & the (18%) interest of $1,800, TOTAL $11,800 is returned to the investors. (this is from his company website). One year is already passed and until now we're not getting our invested money back. We exchange emails and asking for our money, but only promises and later on, no longer responsive either by phone or emails. There's alot more on that but the specifics are above. Whats the proper avenue of complains, get his license be known by DRE and his business be investigated for fraud, and get our investment money back.

Try the Board of Realtors in your state. Also the Better Business Bureau........ Realtors are state controlled.

fraud is a crime and needs to be reported to the local police and/or attorney general. They'll advise you of next steps.

Need more specifics as to what was the investment, how did they defraud, did you invest in a property that has gone down in value? Not enough information to give a fair and valued answer

It is quite a difficult issue to discuss. I've been doing real estate business in Vietnam for quite some time now and I haven't encountered a Property in Vietnam linked with fraud.

I think its better to get detailed information about the real estate agent before investing ..Something like the track record of the agent, whether the property offered has all the requisite sanctions or license from authorities or not...Such type of homework would help in avoiding frauds..
