| I am considering buying about 15 acres of land that is 800 feet from the ocean. One boundary is near a salt water marsh with oceanview. The land is rugged, stoney, and thick with fir trees. It is private and isolated (20 min. to nearest town). In 10 yrs. I want to build a log cabin (for retirement). There are two roads to the property. There are about 4 others living in a 5 mile radiusPlease help me develop or find... a broad list of questions to consider BEFORE I purchase. |

| There may be surrounding properties my friend, but that does not mean that your property is a buildable lot. Go to the county and ask them. They will guide you through this process. That would be my main concern. Contact your attorney, for a few hundred bucks it will help secure your retirement plan. Sounds fun, best of luck!! |
