| If someone is deemed disabled by the government and tries to rent an apartment, do you, as a landlord, need to designate a handicapped parking spot and be sure to mark the spot as "reserved" rather than just paint a wheelchair logo on the closest spot to the entrance of the apartment? If you fail to mark it as "reserved" can that person hold you liable if someone else parks in that handicapped spot preventing your tennant from using the spot? |
