| You've got a tough sell...$5K per week in sales in an industry with a notoriously high failure rate? That's just not a lot to work with...after even a very modest overhead and COGS, you don't have much to pay employees, much less have an income. You are going to have a hard time attracting a viable buyer at all. Usually you would be better off just selling any equipment for 10-20 cents on the dollar and saving yourself the trouble of trying to find a buyer...your revenues and brand just don't have any value unless you are really packing people in, and it is something that someone else could "take the reins" on..Sorry to sound pessimistic, and perhaps someone else will disagree, but you can esitmate the total value at 10-20 cents of retail on your equipment. |
