I have a question that you might be able to assist me with concerning my unemployment eligibility. I am currently employed and have been with my company for the last 11 months. Recently (1 week ago) my company relocating, which has increased my commute from 19 miles each way to 42 miles, and because of it I am now in traffic everyday for 2 hours each way. Also, I am required to work a lot of overtime ( Usual work day is 8-7 at least 3 days out of the week). So I began my commute at 6:15 AM everyday and get home usually by 8 PM. The drive is not only causing wear and tear to my automobile but also to myself, I have been worn down and tired since the relocation. Although, my boss did inform us about the move a couple of months ago his solution was for me to relocate my living situation. I did look in to relocating but the cost of living in the new location is more than double my current rent now, so I definitely cannot afford to move.

don't get it if you quit. The only way would be for the employer to put that you were laid off or employment terminated in your file . . .
