1.) What is the least expensive web-hoster avaliable?2.) Would I be able to use apple's iWeb to design the pages, or is iWeb only for .mac accounts??? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the answer to question no. 2 is yes and consequently the templates within IWeb are proprietary and not transferable except to a .mac account which nullifies, consideration of another web-hoster. Do you consider the $99 per year host fee for .Mac excessive?Good luck!
