Where do you find a lot of prospects? Joining groups, organizations, at work, organizing gatherings, kids softball games, dog parks? Any creative ideas that you use and are willing to share?

You can use any of those ideas, they should all work. You could also look for clients at your local bars if you are out for a drink on a weekend. I have found this to be a great place because people are less apprehensive there. I have gotten so many listings from my local apple-bees bar by just having a drink on a Friday. You hear people talking, and in that environment its not terribly rude to join in and ask for business. OK, now if that doesn't work for you, you could people farm like the way you should be. Use your sphere of influence, farm all your friends and family. Do not forget past clients also. These are the people you should be getting 70% of your business through. Now I am not expecting your friends and family to be buying a tone of homes, but the point is to remind them your in the business, and get REFERRALS!!!! These are the key to your business. You should be calling these people once a month and asking, " who is the next person you know who will making a move, and either buying or selling?" See how that makes them think about who they know making a move? Trust me you will get answers like, "Oh jon at the office said he has to move." Now if you just call and ask," do you know anyone who wants to buy or sell?" The easy answer is no. Well do not let them give you an easy answer, ask my question and make them think.WORK YOUR SPHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RE Agent,Remax

I wear my name tag alot. I have people ask me questions about RE quite often. The checkout clerk Tuesday night said "I hear only two houses sold last month." (Wrong, by the way) But this gave me an opportunity to make a contact and hand out a card. Not particularly creative, but it works.
