| i work for a holding group that has shares in two real estate companies who are trying to devolop two seperate private communities and creating competion to sell these projects .is there any benefits from this strategy rather than annoucing that you own these two projects? |

| Its the same as creating competition between two salespersons working in your company. To motivate both to work better and eventually, you're the one who ends up gaining. |

| You could create your self into bankruptcy. If it is done creatively without a price war, you can make it comparison shopping and pride of living in one or the other. |
