| We are purchasing an apartment building in Cincinnatti Ohio and are unfamiliar with closing costs as we are from NY. Does it work the same (typically 5% of purchase price)? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. |

| Your realtor and the escrow company should be able to provide you with the answers. Most states require that they give you a good faith estimate. |
