| In that context I believe they are keywords that can be searched for. If your blog is about travel, entertainment, and TV you can use these as tags for someone to find your blog.✩ |

| A tag is like.. a search word.. like if you search the tag "answers" Yahoo! ANSWERS might show up. get it? like.. a word that is used to find something related to a search. ♥ hope i helped! |

| its like your motto or signature, its like when kids go spray painting they use a certain name like g-song and they "tag" it on trains and stuff, they sign it everywhere and right it all over, so your tag will be at the bottom of the page or a message you right and iwll be like,-smiles for miles:)if that is what you are talking about, i think it is:D |

| A tag is a marker in HTML source code that indicates the start or end of an element. For example:<p> indicates the start of a paragraph</title> indicates the end of the titleA tag is also a means of categorization. The author (and possibly other people) can tag an article with a keyword, and this can be used to find articles related to that keyword. |
