| Help, I'm 60 years old , and lost most of my savings on bad realestate investments that ended up in foreclosure in this turbulent market. I am left with about $2000 and would like to invest it for maximum returns, should I start a roth ira, or cd account, I feel really bad about my other bad choices.can anyone suggest something safe ?? |

| The best investment known to man, (LAND) It has always gone up in price. There is only so much land, and as population increases it goes up in price. I have never known anyone to loose money by buying land. In my life I've seen land that sold for $600.00 per acre sell 10 to 20 years later sell for $250,000.00 and more. The secret is location, location, location. I've seen areas were land sold for 50 cent per acre, broken up into 4 to 6 lots selling for $12,000.00 each, this happen in a period of 30 years. When buying land one must be some what of a visionary, vision what will happen in an area in the coming years. Hope this helps, and good luck on investments. |

My other cheap, safe boring stocks include CTAS; JNJ; CX; UPS; MDT; RSG; PCG; LOW; BMS.Good luck open a scottrade account and get started. Its never too late good luck. |
