County records. Sometimes you can get them online, but it is public information and you can definitely get them from your local government.

Who owns the home is a matter of public record. The easiest way I know to find them is looking up the tax records for the county. Whoever it is in your area that charges the property taxes- go to their website and see if you can look it up by address. If not, you may need to go in to their office and ask in person.Sales bids you probably won't be able to find anywhere. Even the realtor who lists the property can't tell you how much a sales bid is, only that an offer has been made. Any sales bids you find would be because the property is under contract to be sold already.
