| There are many more variables which would impact this answer. I suggest contacting a local commerical mortgage broker and ask them. They can give you a better answer than you can get on Google. |

| It depends on the bank, the area, and the worth of the property however I think 7.5 is too high. You should be able to get something about 6.9 % |
