| Ive been wanting to invest in real estate but i dont have enough funds to invest in properties whether commercial or residential by myself. Im looking for a legit place where i can invest with investors that know the trade and are willing to let me invest with them. Does anyone know where i can find a website or somewhere in Los angeles, ca where i can find legit investors to invest with??? thanks |

| Lady, you sure are looking for trouble. There are plenty of crooked individuals and small cos. that will take you to the cleaners. Stick to property funds until you have enough money to go it alone. They have professional, experienced managers, are honest and supervised by the govt. The penalty is that they charge about 1.5%, but at least you will be able to sleep at night. |

| You can start by finding real estate investor clubs and meetings in your area. I would search for that. You can also come on over to http://www.onlinereiclub.info to see where you can find a whole mess of clubs especially in LA. Good Luck. |
