It looks like right now you're looking at just under $1300 for roundtrip, economy. I've included a link for a site called Kayak, they will search for the cheapest flight from over 120+ websites. It's really helpful, best of luck to you!

airline fares tend to be cheaper when the plane does plenty of stopovers, so unless you don't want that, it's best not to consider price when it comes to buying airline tickets. also where you buy tickets is a factor, sometimes buying online is cheaper.philippine airlines is your safe bet.it's nice to come over here after july, as the rainy season is just over and it's not so hot. if you want to come over and witness activity like fiesta and stuff like that, summer is your best time, which is around march-june.

Historically, the airlines with the lowest fares between the U.S. West Coast and the Phillippines are: 1) China Airlines (Taiwan); 2) Eva Airlines; 3) Korean Airlines and; 4) Asiana Airlines.None of these offer nonstop service and hence the reason for the low fares. However, all offer good connections from SFO via either Taipei or Seoul. In terms of time of year, between now (Sept 5) and the first week of December is low/shoulder season, which is when you can get your best deals. After that time, there is a gap between the first week of January and the Chinese New Year that is considered low season and then after CNY until typically May of each year.In terms of Business Class, all of the mentioned carriers have been known to offer aggressive upgrade promotions in exchange for purchasing full fare Economy tickets. And Eva Airlines offers Economy Deluxe, which typically runs between $100-$200 roundtrip more than Economy, but may be worth it to you for the extra leg room and slightly upgraded service. The good news is that it used to be that all of these carriers only sold their lowest fares via ticket wholesalers, but all of them have now put also put their lowest fares on the big travel sites (Orbitz, Tvlocity, Expedia). Only exception is Eva Air's Economy Deluxe Class, which is almost impossible to book except directly with them or a travel agent.
