airline fares tend to be cheaper when the plane does plenty of stopovers, so unless you don't want that, it's best not to consider price when it comes to buying airline tickets. also where you buy tickets is a factor, sometimes buying online is cheaper.philippine airlines is your safe bet.it's nice to come over here after july, as the rainy season is just over and it's not so hot. if you want to come over and witness activity like fiesta and stuff like that, summer is your best time, which is around march-june.

Historically, the airlines with the lowest fares between the U.S. West Coast and the Phillippines are: 1) China Airlines (Taiwan); 2) Eva Airlines; 3) Korean Airlines and; 4) Asiana Airlines.None of these offer nonstop service and hence the reason for the low fares.
