| As far as I know there isn't one company that specializes in doing such. What you'd need to do is call in a small building contractor or a company like a "handy Man" that does all sorts of repairs and have them give you an estimate on what it will cost to repair whatever damage has been done by your former tenant. If you aren't a large apartment complex LL then contact a local complex and ask who they use to perform repairs or give estimates on repairs, most complexes have a contractor that they use to perform work such as this or to do build outs maybe they can recommend someone they use.I used a small contractor to perform work on my commercial office building, he did everything from build walls, to build out bathrooms and or build out entire office suites. |
