A rear condo in a complex with four units and a central courtyard, 2646A 3rd St. has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The setting’s properly known as Dogpatch, but if renter prefers, “Tales of the City” is also acceptable, as per the Craigslist ad. The kitchen features more blond wood than anyone could possibly ever need, but the patio might just make up for that. Monthly (we’re rubbing our eyes too): $1,900?!
