Watch on full screen. Only takes a few seconds. Eagle Owl coming in for the kill — right at the camera. Interesting to watch the corrections in the Eagle Owl's flight path as she comes in.

San Francisco Office Space: High-technology tenants are driving demand and currently represent more than 40 percent of new space requirements, which has led to 1.5 million square feet of net absorption during the past 12 months. Several expansions during the quarter drove the vacancy rate down to 15.6 percent. In the high-tech haven South of Market (SOMA) submarket, vacancy has dipped to 5.7 percent. Tighter market conditions are expected in conjunction with higher rents over the near term, although both are expected to slow from current trajectories as the years ahead bring additional supply to the market.

"I spend a lot of time in the back of cars and I usually need to spend every minute getting myself up," says Bentley chief executive Wolfgang Durheimer.

Bentley plans to mix business with pleasure by adding a mobile office option to its flagship Mulsanne limousine that will enable its high-rolling customers to stay in charge even when they're on the move.

People didn't really think the iPhone 5 was going to be ready before 2012 did they?

"The new phone, shown by Apple executives at an invitation-only event at the company's Cupertino, Calif., headquarters, was greeted with tepid applause from an audience expecting an iPhone 5."

Reshared post from +Robert Norris Hills

Wow, what a blunder.

If the iPhone5's launch is delayed until next year, what does that mean for Apples sales? (FYI the rumourmill is hinting at iPhone5 being delayed and just a better spec'ed iphone 4 being released *iPhone4s*)

By that time the new Samsung Nexus Prime running ICS should be out and about sporting state of the art specs an aluminium shazzy and as usual the best screen available in the industry.

Not to mention the iPhone5 will then be competing with the Samusng Galaxy 3…..

Every month the iPhones release is delayed they are loosing more and more of their dedicated customers to a superior phone line. People are converting hand over fist to Samsungs range of smart phones. AND LOVING THEM

Are we going to see the next big Apple crash in the next few years. It's happened before, and I'm betting it's going to happen again.

Outpaced by "PC" manufacturers because of their greater range of choice in designs and specs, while Apple struggle to improve on their devices.

Really. Has the iPhone improved much since the 3g?………no.

We have an interesting year ahead of us people. Strap on your helmets.

I – Honestly- hope Apple get off their asses and release the iPhone5 late this year so we can see a NexusPrime vs iPhone5 showdown.
